Position Profile

Job Description:

The Revenue Cycle Manager (Patient Financial Services) is responsible for leading and directing all revenue cycle activities related to Billing, third party and patient follow up and customer service ensuring optimal billing and follow up standards are maintained. Other responsibilities include the following:

• Promote best practices in automation and workflow management used for claim submission
• Utilize information technology to improve recoveries and reduce accounts receivables
• Understand and manage denial process
• Drive the resolution of unpaid or underpaid claims
• Implement standard processes and quality monitoring to compliment technology
• Oversee department training and individual development
• Monitor, track, and evaluate staff productivity and performance and provide summary report to executive management on a monthly basis

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 9 years of Back End Revenue Cycle experience
• Demonstrate good leadership and supervisory skills, driving the team to achieve goals and objectives
• Proficient in Excel and Access. SQL and Monarch a plus
