Position Profile
As an Operations Lead, you will learn all aspects of the physician and hospital revenue cycle and then partner with client staff to optimize processes, and implement new operating methods. .
Specific responsibilities include:
- Work in all areas of the revenue cycle to learn the core operation.
- Day-to-day supervision of staff within the department.
- Suggesting operational improvements to managers and implementing approved operational improvement initiatives.
- Work with managers and directors to meet performance targets.
- Interact with third party vendors (including consulting firms) and accurately represent the needs of the department.
- Identify problems within your department/account receivables through data analytics.
- Delivering our solutions and sustaining results in a high paced environment.
- Create reporting that will aid in the tracking and monitoring the overall success of the revenue cycle, “tell the story”.
- Mentoring direct reports and coaching staff, as well as, participating in the hiring of staff.
- Complete the Accretive Health Revenue Cycle Academy where you will gain extensive knowledge about applying the Accretive Health Operating Model – our “secret sauce” to delivering results.
