 We are currently looking for Staff Actuary in our Chicago office.

Job Description:

• The Staff Actuary will track industry trends, develop internal models and evaluate programs that will be utilized to make critical decisions.
• Working in collaboration with various internal teams to identify process changes and enhancements to healthcare programs
• Provide direct support for performance measurement and improvement activities including the design, collection and preparation of data
• Independently analyze and summarize large amount of data
• Provide accurate forecast inputs and updates for account planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics or other quantitative field
• ASA or FSA Designations preferred
• 3-5 years experience in medical or financial data analysis
• Healthcare Industry experience preferred
• Skills in data collection, analytics, problem solving, statistics and reporting
• Strong desire for accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
